algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Spiral

I was wondering if anyone could help me construct a spiral in grasshopper. I have tried everything I know how to do (basic knowledge of the program) and nothing seems to be working right. I attached a couple of pictures of the one I built in Rhino. It shows the basic idea but I need grasshopper to play with the overall form.

one way would be to generate (and then connect) points from the parametric equations for a spiral (for example those found here.)
