Spider Web.

Hi all, I recently picked up Grasshopper to design a spider web. At the moment I have it designed so that I can change the circle in which it is encased. the height of a point in the middle and the amount of radial cables. On these radial cables I have put divisions. Is there a way to set grasshopper to go from one radial line to the next but shift down x number of divisions so that I could change how steep the spiral is?

I have tried using the spiral tool but I was looking for a more straight lined approach. If some screenshots are needed I can provide. Thanks for listening.
