SPACEFRAME TO MULTIPLE SURFACES OR MESH??

Hi All

I am working on my design thesis and have used a voronoi spatial arrangement to divide space and the voronoi curves will become the structural frame of the building. I want then a space frame to this structure either as a mesh or as surfaces.

Im trying to apply a spaceframe script i created to either a continuous mesh or to a series of surfaces as per image. it works great on one surface but i need to create continuity between either multiple surfaces or to the mesh and when i try to apply the script to multiple surfaces the output is messy to say the least. any suggestions how i can amend my script to accomodate this?
