space planning for an organic form

I need your expert help!

I have a curve that defines the outline of a building. Now I want a room-depth of maybe 5,6 or 7 meter. The rooms should have the same size approx. 20m2. Currently, I have only the possibility to arrange the distances in a defined way, which uses the shortest way to the offset curve.

Is there a definition you know for creating areas about the same size?
