Solid Difference on Aggregated Panels-Help

I am trying to achieve a sold difference on a number of overlapping panels that I have aggregated on a surface. The ultimate goal is to be able to slot out the intersections so that I can manufacture the parts and build.

When I try and perform a sold difference on the geometry the definition only returns some of the differenced panels. I cannot figure out how to properly execute this so that all of the proper panels are there with all of the intersections subtracted. 

I have attached the Rhino file and the GH file.

I am using Rhino 4 SR9 and GH v 0.9.0012
