Solid difference problem (A: 1 Close Brep, B: 13 Closed Breps (Cones)) Please help!

Hello,

I have a very strange problem with the solid difference. I put a closed brep in A and multiple closed breps (caped cones that does not intersect each other) in B and some cones intersect with the closed brep in A and others don't. I don't get it. 

I would very much appreciate if you could take a look at it!
