Solar Panels in Facade

Hi,

I am trying to make the attraction point on the end of this panels on the facade of building but still I couldn't figure it out. i wants to ask if any one know how can i make this panel as the move vertically in the facade. I kind of wants they Rotate by certain angle.

This work perfect I just need to move the  attracter point farther that make graduate move.
