Solar Feed Back into Panelized Surface

Hello,

I am currently using Ted Ngai's definition for doing solar calculations within Grasshopper and I would really like the info to feed back into the size of openings in the surface.  I tried to follow his louver examples but cannot figure it out!  I've looked at longest list and shortest list, etc. but it seems that the data flattens to one item when I try to relate it to the circle size.  Has anyone figured anything similar out?  I have the definition and Rhino File below.  Thanks so much!
