simplifying a tree

Simplify will only work across branches. If you only have one branch it won't do anything. It needs others to compare to eg.

{0;0;0;0}

{0;0;1;0}

becomes

{0}

{1}

but

{0;0;0;0}

can only become

{0;0;0;0}
