Simple heat and daylight analysis

Hello,

Maybe I should start with: I'm a complete newbie, please help... I started with the tutorials from Chris Mackey, but things quickly get very detailed.

So, I want to make an analysis of an atrium, a very rough sketch. The output I want to get is the heat inside during certain moments and the daylight inside the atrium, and of the walls of the adjacent building. I want to vary with the transparency of the atrium roof to see what happens with the heat and daylight level. I managed to get the radiance level within a certain period with ladybug.

Can someone help me with information where I should look in to? Or maybe someone can provide me an example file. Thank you very much!
