Similarity mesh analysis

Hi,

I'm new in grasshopper's world. 
I'm looking for a system that permits to compare two similar meshes overlayed.
I need an algorithm that tell me a grade of affinity of overlayered similar meshes.

Is it possible to obtain this with grasshopper?
