Shrink Wrap

Hi All,

Working on a shrink wrap effect for brep's and it's only semi-effective in that by shrinking wrapping the sharp edges turn out to not maintain the crisp edge. The stretch right now in the definition is too rigid and would want it to contour closer to the surface without it loosing the underlying form. I have images attached of the current effect and a reference image of the desired effect. Any help would be appreciated.
