shortest walk problem

Hi

Experianced GH/Python user here

im trying to find the distances between each curve on a graph to each other curve

when running the shortest walk algorithm on a graph, using the curve centers as starting and ending point, the resulting succession tree has some branches missing - not only the 0-distance ones but also some close neighbors

this completely destroys my data structure

any ideas?

files are attached - problem can be seen in branch (0;26) which is missing

I think the correct way of doing this is to create a new graph from half-curves, then link the result with original curves:
