Shifted Triangulation

Hi everyone,

I am trying to get a "shifted" triangulation from the division of multiple lines as you can see on the image.

I used cull to get one line out of two but i can't figure how i would get the shift in the other set of lines, let alone produce triangles from all those points...

I hope GH can once again come to my rescue from doing everything manualy.
