Shape in brep clearly intersecting shapes come up

Somethign doesn't add up same amount of items in the list with same tree structure. and most of the intersecting surfaces/curves come up with 2 as in outside the brep huh? I don't even know anymore. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere or maybe my weird way to shift branches bugged stuff out? There was an another post before with similar shape in brep bug where it didin't recognise intersecting shapes, no one answered the poor guy.

Actually I might know whats up it's because I am intersecting different amount of curves vs different amount of breps so its not completing the list, but if I would of graft one of them I would get too many results. Do I cross reference then and cull the list?
