Setting Rhino objects in Grasshopper to be modified (VB.net)

Hi everyone,

I am trying to import a specific rectangle massing from rhino into grasshopper, then transforming it into a mesh so I can use the vertices as control points for designing a facade via VB.Net.  Currently I am placing the massing in grasshopper as a BREP, however I cannot figure out the best way to transform the Brep into a mesh with a controlled number of vertices.  Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this, or the best way to make to develop a facade from a simple rectangular extrusion in Rhino?
