selecting points with cull component

hi all,

i want to divide the attached penrose shape into equal parts and then connect the points on the opposite sides after selecting them by using cull component. Indeed, I tried to do it for one of the segment by using list-item component. however, it becomes complicated when the number of segments and division are increased. i think it can be solved with cull component, but i couldn't make it. i need your help.
