Selecting Multiple items from a surface

Hi everyone, I am very new to grasshopper.
I am currently trying to set up a definition that will let me select multiple items subdivided from a single surface,
For example in this surface, i have 263 items, and i want to select a set of numbers like 1,6,30,60. How can i do that?
I have no idea how to do so, can anyone help to
