Segmentation on a surface

Hi people!

I'm trying to do an "erosion" process with L-system. My first attempt is a shape that looks like the ground eroded by drought or also the sand segmented by the wind. I posted some photos that could clarify my idea. 

Well, i was making it with Rabbit plugin and i don't have idea about how use GH to simulate this shapes, I think Kangaroo could be a way to this. I also posted my file (you will need Rabbit to see) that shows the generated L-system and a surface (I've put a box but could be any surface).
