scripting for importing DXF file

Hi everyone

I am working on my thesis and have a problem with rhino/grasshopper. I am in the way that wants to have multi-objective optimization of building element for energy purpose. in this way, I want to analyze floor plan too. I find a researcher that create a java program that creates automate plan base on the physical program. 

by one program it produces hundreds of plan. and any room has specific layer name, I wrote process to grasshopper read layer name and create the box from it to import energy analysis process. 

my problem now is that how can I set script that plans one by one import to the rhino. I want to analyze these plan one by one with honeybee plug-in and import process should be connected to Galapagos or Octopus optimization to find the best plan for the purpose that defined. is it possible? I record video that I do it manually. any suggestion in this way would be helpful.
