I know there is a hidden option in the script editor to (un)comment a selected block of code. What was it ?

Ah, found it, good old emacs-style keychords:

Comment: C-k, C-c

Uncomment: C-k, C-u

(C=ctrl)

Are there more goodies, like toggle folding ?

Arf, replying to my own stuff.

Found out the shortcuts are visual studio's:

C-m C-o will collapse all.
C-m C-l will expand all.
C-m C-p will expand all and disable outlining.
C-m C-m will collapse/expand the current section.

FYI I was just trying this in Python and it didn't work...

Here the shortcut is simply Ctrl-#
