Scale issue for Fresnel effect

Hello everyone,

I'd like to create a kind of fresnel from a curve for that my GH file is able to divide a curve into equal height and I'm also able to compute the ratio I should use on each facet of my curve for reaching the fresnel like results.

unfortunately I'm stucked with the scale tool...I don't find an easy way for applying the relevant scale factor on the appropriate segment...
