Scale geometry by unit instead of a factor

Hello,

i´m looking for a smart solution, to scale my geometry, which has different sizes (e.g. hexagons) by a unit.

For example: all hexagons need to increase in X and Y for 0.2mm

I´ve already tried different ideas, to convert the factor etc. but nothing worked.
