same room sizes along curve

Hello,

i'm new in grasshopper and i don't know how to do.

I have an organic curve (the outline) which should be used as a rail for my space planning. With a fixed depth (offset curve) i want to get surfaces/areas in the Same size

I hope somebody can help me.
