algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Running Grasshopper using Parallels

Hi all, can anyone help?

 

I have read a few discussions about installing and running grasshopper through parallels, and have been having some difficulty getting it to work. I am using a MacBook Pro and running Windows 7 with parallels, but i receive this message when i try to run grasshopper.   I have installed the Rhino 4 service pack 9 and the latest Grasshopper, but nothing seems to work. 

 

Would all my problems be solved if I just used bootcamp?

 

Any advice?

Hi Josh,

 

have a look at the release page for the latest few Grasshopper versions. You need to install the new Microsoft Runtimes. Be sure to install the 32-bit ones (x86) not the 64-bit ones.
