algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello. I would like to divide a surface with a rotational grid.
In particular i would make a u, v grid , on a surface , which can be freely rotated by an indicator and that always maintains the orthogonality of the axes . it's possible? I put the rhino files and grasshopper attached. I have already made ​​this grid on the first and second surface in the file, but I have to swing the grid in the third surface. Indeed i need to rotate the grid axes of the third attachment surface (blu surface part....which corrisponds to blu grasshopper group).
