Rotate interior surface divisions towards a set geometry (curve or point)

Hello All,

I am trying to rotate/orient surfaces perpendicular towards a geometry but still remain attached to the ends.

In the model, the rectangular members remain stationary at the ends while the centroids orient towards the hole in the floor(red geometry in rhino). I am not too sure if I am going about it the right way or not but would appreciate any hints or suggestions on managing the data trees that might get me closer to a solution.

The end goal is to have the surfaces acting like a slightly twisted piece of paper.

There are two definitions in the file. The one I am needing help with is the lower one. But feel free to comment on ways to improve the first. These are my first definitions for a real project. Ive just been doing tutorials up to this point and am surprised Ive made it this far.

Thanks for any help that may be provided
