Rotate curves to follow individual set planes

Hi Everyone,

I have only been using grasshopper for a couple of weeks, so a huge beginner.

Wondering if anyone can help me.

I am trying to create a vertebrae/spine style frame.

I want the vertebrae to rotate around the curve I have set the planes and they are in the correct positions, I am happy with the spacing but I am really struggling to get the curves to sit on the planes.

Any suggestions on how I can change my definition? Any help greatly appreciated.
