Room data sheet

Dear community folks

I need your help!

For a university assignment (Australia) I have a design project which is about redesigning an educational building in a long and narrow strip into a condo. Few sets of rules (rooms size and types, building height, etc). I am trying to design by starting with a room data sheet.

This is what I have managed so far but it is not quite what I am aiming. I would like to manage to do a room data sheet within the space that I have been given. And make these rooms adaptable to the space and per size.

What would be the best way to go about it?

Thank you in advance for any help.

PS: Started today using grasshopper and it is not too bad and is very exciting yet frustrating not being able to do what I have in mind.
