Room adjacency Galapagos

Hello everyone. 

So I've been trying to create a kind of floor plan generator with grasshopper. 
I've started with space syntaxe and have created a bubble diagram that shows me how my spaces will be organized. 
Then i've tried to put these spaces in a closed curve and then create voronoi cells respecting theses spaces' areas and i did this with the help of Galapagos. 
But i am having a few issues. The main issue is that i can't find a way to keep the adjacency of the rooms.  
Is there a solution to keep the rooms linked to each other and prevent galapagos from mixing them?
