Ribbon Layout Help

Hi there,

I am having trouble with locating any plugins that I try to install for Grasshopper. Specifically I was trying to figure out how to locate the "extras" tab in the toolbar ribbon. I have not altered the ribbon or any toolbars. 

I am currently running Rhino 4 with the latest version as well as most recent compatible Grasshopper. Does anyone know what is going on?
