RhinoDlubalRstab plug-in installation and compatibility with Rfem

Hey,

Does someone know what is the status of the RhinoDlubalRstaab plug-in at the moment? Is it already compatible with Rfem too?

Another question. I've tried installation as told in the instructions, but the plugin doesn't appear in the ribbon of the Grasshopper when I try to retrieve it from the component folder. I unblocked the file as it was told in the instructions. What is the solution?
