Rhino Surface to D.E.M *.txt file

Hi guys I'm looking for a way to convert rhino surface into D.E.M(coordinate  *.txt file). Although even an *.XYZ file would do. The only catch is that I should be able to define the cellsize e for the conversion. P.F.A the rhino file.
