Rhino bend command for grasshopper?

Hello gentlemen,

I wish to write down on c# script the equivelent of bend rhino command, or i would like someone to tell me what is the grasshopper command to bend items like the one in the image.

Furthermore, i would like someone to suggest me a good manual/guide for c scripting in grasshopper.
