responsive weighted voronoi void

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to make a weighted voronoi void(or a voronoi with different depth cells) on an  slightly curved surface which responded to an attractor curve will scale its voronoi cells.I am a beginner so what i mad as a definition got many errors and I`m starting to think maybe the whole approach is wrong...

any idea or help would be great.
