Request. Does anybody know how i could create something similar to the Phare tower skin

hey guys i was just curious as to if somebody could help me out with a definition to recreate this kind of skin its basically diagonal strips that run the length of the building with some slight over hang it looks relatively simple but i'm newer to grasshopper and i dont have a lot of time to figure it out. Any input would be great!
