Replace Paths

I would like to replace the path on the top left with the path on the bottom right. However when I use replace branches (which usually gets the job done)  it automatically reorders the path (see panel on the right). Is there a way to replace the path but keep them in the "random" order intended (bottom right)? I hope I am making some sense
