algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Relaxing Mesh Problem (SmartForm)

I have used weaverbird to subdivide a mesh of my plan. 

I'm not sure why smartform isn't doing anything. I click play and nothing happens.

I've never heard of the smartform plugin but someone recommended it, could someone show me how to do this in kangaroo?
