Region Intersection

Hi, 

I found some problems working on an region intersection definition (Region Intersection, Trim with region(s) - no idea which one would be better).

I have same amount of big and small rectangles, . Small is inside the big one. It occurs that small is also included in th neighbor rectangle but I want to see them inside only one big rectangle. Can anybody help me how to sort them properly?
