Re-evaluate Z-Move based on True False Boolean

Earlier this week I wrote about creating a random gradient pattern and you all were very helpful however with one success brings another problem.  In the second image you will see that the alternating floor heights create a problem with the original xform move, some overlapping.  Is there a way to re-evaluate the z-distances based upon the True/False list generated?  Basically I'm trying to achieve a distance of 2' between each floor.  Any help would be wonderful, I'm thinking this might call for the VBscipt component but there is probably an easier way I'm overlooking.  Let me know if I'm missing something!!
