Recurring Cell Patern

Hi,

How do I make a recurring cell structure with a fixed number of identical cells.
How can I have this control over the difference in size of the cells.
Can I limit the edges of the cells using a specific range of sizes.

e.g (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5)
