Reciprocal Function in Kangaroo

On one hand, I have the mesh of a dome on which I apply the Reciprocal Kangaroo function on:

On another side, I use the Mesh Edges function to obtain the lines from the mesh before they have been reciprocalised:

By using this following method, I manage to group the lines meeting at one point in a branch:

I tried matching the line indexes to group the new reciprocalised lines in the same groups I formed with the lines that were not yet reciprocalised, but it seems like the order in which the lines are sorted pre and post Reciprocal do not match.

Is there a way to solve this in order to group them in the similar way?

I have also attached the component that is relevant to this problem in the accompanying Grasshopper file. You will need the Rhino file because it has the mesh of the dome.
