Reassembling a curve after deforming

Hi, I was trying to come up with a transform like Maelstrom that works on points and curves. I  set up an array of lines, divided them into points and then defined a circle that encompasses several of the points. Using Incircle, I identified the points contained and rotated them about the circle's center. I then tried to reassemble the unrotated points and transformed points back into polylines.

My problems are several: I am using Dispatch after the Incircle to pick out those points but end up including a number of nulls and have no idea where they are coming from. They are being included in the Rotate. Rotated points inside the circle acquire new indices and I don't know how to recast them properly so they will match up into polylines with the unrotated points. Have I bitten off more than I can chew? Thanks.
