We can probably support multithreading on some components, but GPU is not possible. Grasshopper doesn't perform its own calculations and thus cannot be made to run in non-standard processors. Individual components are in charge of computing stuff and components can come from anywhere. It is possible for component developers to run their computations on a GPU, but this is not something we can impose from on high.
