Re-calculation of element made by Weavebird sent to Archicad

Hi All,

I am using the Grasshopper with the Weavebird and Archicad add-ons. I created a mesh and offset it with Weavebird thickener. The resulting extruded mesh seams to have missing edges.  This is more evident when a Archicad Morph component is used and the element appears in Archicad.  In Archicad the file keeps on recalculating every 5 minutes or so. 

This affects the ability to unlock the element in Archicad and hide edges or perform solid element operations on other Archicad elements which can be done when standard grasshopper elements are used.

It seems that the weavebird elements are slightly degenerated.
