Re-Assemble A rectangular grid from the 'points at grid corners' output

Hi there

I've used a series of attractors to deform the grid corner points of a rectangular grid, but i cant work out how to reconnect the points back into a series of closed cells that maintain the original data structure.

Its probably super simple, but if anyone could point me in the direction that would be great.
