algorithmic modeling for Rhino

random quadrangle cell diagram from a list of distances

Hi – rookie with a question:

I try to achieve a cell grid with non uniform quadrangular cells.

I want the cell walls to randomly have either one of four (or another number) predefined lengths.

The angle between the cell walls is free to a certain amount (capped within a min/max domain).

Whilst i can figure out how to create one of these cells, i have hard times to imagine how to bring them into a randomly repeating pattern of x cells, fitting neatly to each other. The constraint, to have that many points coincident drives me crazy. Seems like a lot of "if/then" to me...

Is this possible with GH standard components? Scripting mandatory? Or other modules like Galapagos?

Thanks for your help.
