Random program selection retrieval

I am having a little bit of trouble and would greatly appreciate some help.

I assigned random numbers to program using the integers 0 to 3. (with help from the forum =) ) now i need to use these random digits to be able to select the buildings based on the number they were assigned and be able to separate them from the rest of the buildings that have different program. I want to be able to see which buildings were assigned what program on the rhino model.
