Random Boolean Union for Voronoi Cells few units at a time?

Hi all, I'm wondering if theres a way to produce random merges for a box full of voronoi cells? Say if I have a box of 100 voronois, is there a way to take randomly 1-5 adjacent ones and boolean them?
