If you want to randomly pick values out of a list, then generate random indices (0, 1, 2, etc) and use the List Item component to then pick items out of a predetermined list.

Hey David thank u for your reply.

The problem is for every single point i have to create a circle with a radius of 1 / 2 or 3 centimetres so in the end it looks like this.
